Delivery & Returns

FREE Post & Packaging on all orders over £75+vat - or just £7.50 +vat delivery charge (UK mainland only)                  

FREE DELIVERY on all orders is available until offer ends *Exclusions may apply for Big & Bulky items.

Depending on stock availability it is our aim to despatch all orders received before 2pm the same day for delivery the next working day. Please note however that this is only possible when the goods ordered are available from stock and we do not guarantee a next day delivery.

Depending on location 90% arrives next working day.

Deliveries can only be made Monday - Friday anytime between 8am - 6pm. Weekends and public holidays are excluced from our standard delivery service. Please contact us if you require any special delivery arrangements and we will endeavor to meet your requirements.

Special Order Items are ordered from our suppliers upon receipt of your order. Lead times vary depending upon the item and supplier but are usually shipped within five working days of your order.

Long Items

Long items such as Conduit can only be delivered by our own delivery van, if you wish to order such items please call us on 01753 863151 to make arrangements.

Fragile Items

Fragile items such as Flourescent tubes & Flourescent fittings & diffusers can only be delivered by our own delivery van, if you wish to order such items please call us on 01753 863151 to make arrangements.

Security when Collecting
For Secure Collection: Proof of Purchase and ID Req’d
(Driving License or passport to verify address)


If you wish to return your goods we aim to make this process as simple as possible.
The guidelines below will assist you in returning any damaged or faulty goods.
Please contact our customer service team on 01753 863151 or for a Return merchandice Authorization (RMA). The RMA must be completed before a returns number can be issued.
Returns must be unused, in original packaging and returned to the Distribution Centre
Carriage cost for returns is at the customers expense.

The company reserves the right to make a 30% inspection and re-stocking fee on certain products.

Please Note: No returns will be accepted without a  Returns Number.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We have strict quality controls but in the event of a product failure within a 30 day period, goods can be returned using the above 30 day guarantee. Please return all items along with the invoice and your completed RMA with your authorisation number.
Over the 30 day period we will either offer to repair the defective goods or send a replacement or equivalent item of the same value.
